Our shop is equipped with thirty-seven Barudan embroidery heads. We can read most existing embroidery formats including (but not exclusive to) Tajima, Melco, ZSK and Toyota. Our equipment also includes a '270 degree' feature for hat fronts and sides.

We run two shifts in production — starting at 6 a.m. and continuing until 10:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Additional hours are added as needed for large production projects.

We are capable of handling large orders and have processed 10,000 hats at 10,000 stitches each while also maintaining our regular production schedule.

We are full-service embroidery specialists utilizing Wilcom digitizing software on the front end as well as steaming, folding and bagging before packing your product. In addition we can also apply patches and hangtags.

We will always blind ship your orders and can handle drop ship projects to anywhere in the United States.
